Palm Beach Palate Cookbook, A Delicious Fundraiser

The Palm Beach Palate is a beautiful 250-page, hardcover book that contains the collected recipes from Suncoast families, faculty, local gourmet restaurants, museum cafes and resorts.

The book was completely underwritten by a distinguished roster of community sponsors. All funds raised by the book support educational activities at Suncoast Community High School. Publicity for the book’s Fall 2005 launch aired on TV stations 5 and 12, and WXEL radio as well as in Vive Magazine, the Palm Beach Post, and the Sun Sentinel.

Fascinating side-bar tidbits of local culture supplied by the Palm Beach County Cultural Council, and information on Palm Beach County’s colorful history, plants, birds and personalities make for very interesting reading. Local artist Sue Archer’s magnificent watercolor illustrations are featured on the 4-color cover and section dividers.
